Diotima
Diotima is rooted in a reverence for craft, unexpected details, and fine materials. The brand engages and deconstructs the cultural and sartorial convergences of the Caribbean and European traditions. Since its inception in 2021, Diotima has swiftly become known for a nuanced mix of crochet (hand-made in Jamaica), luxe tailoring, embellished knitwear, novelty outerwear, shirting and dresses that span day to evening. Founder and creative director Rachel Scott was awarded 2023 Emerging Designer of the Year by the CFDA; she was a semi-finalist for the 2023 LVMH Prize and awarded runner-up for the 2023 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund.
