Shipping

Standard processing time for order shipping is up to 5 business days, holidays excluded. We offer priority shipping on all US orders, and free shipping on all US orders over $250.

Once shipped, you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.

The Fifteen Percent Pledge is not responsible for any items that are lost in transit or stolen upon delivery.  Please contact the respective shipping provider on any claims of lost or stolen packages.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand delivery issues can occur. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.

Returns

Returns are accepted for a full refund if you initiate the return within 7 days of receipt of your order, and no later than March 31st, 2024. All returns must be unused, unopen, with tags and original packaging intact.

Returns will only be accepted if shipped with our provided shipping labels, but please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. We will not accept returns shipped back without prior approval.

Food products are final sale.

**We hope you understand that our return policy is strict due to the fact that this is a temporary shop and we must have all merchandise accounted for at the time of closing on March 31st, 2024. After this date, we will no longer be able to accept returns.
